Ginsenoside Rg3
Detail
Chemical Name: Ginsenoside Rg3
CAS No.:14197-60-5
Chemical Structure:C42H72O13
Molecular weight:785.03
Function:
Anticoagulant Activity: Ginsenoside RG3 is currently known as the most potent
ingredient in ginsenosides for inhibiting platelet aggregation. Platelet
aggregation in blood vessels can block blood flow, leading to poor circulation
and causing diseases such as arteriosclerosis. Therefore, RG3 plays an active
role in the prevention and treatment of circulatory diseases such as
arteriosclerosis, cerebral thrombosis, brain atrophy, stroke, coronary heart
disease, and angina pectoris.
Anticancer Activity: RG3 is one of the main drugs for anti-tumor
treatment, possessing the ability to selectively inhibit tumor cell invasion
and metastasis.
Regulation of the Nervous System: It has the effect of calming
the nerves and enhancing mental acuity, which helps to alleviate symptoms such
as insomnia and forgetfulness.
Immunity Enhancement: RG3 can improve immune function and
enhance the body's resistance.
Treating Other Diseases: It also has the efficacy of
replenishing qi, tonifying the spleen and lungs, and quenching thirst. It can
be used to treat conditions such as qi deficiency, lung deficiency with
wheezing and coughing, and thirst due to fluid depletion.
