Product Properties:
Appearance: Red paste or liquid, odorless.
Solubility: Easily soluble in water, soluble in glycerol and ethanol, insoluble
in fats and oils. It appears orange-yellow when dissolved in water and
orange-red in fats and oils.
Application:
Primarily used as a red colorant, it can be widely applied in the coloring of
foods, beverages, children's toys, and more.
Strawberry red pigment is relatively stable under acidic conditions, but light
and heat have a certain degrading effect on it.
